主要经历: 

1998年毕业于山东大学,2003年在中国科学院物理研究所获理学博士学位。曾在德国明斯特大学、卡尔斯鲁厄研究中心从事学术研究。2013年回国工作,现为bet亚洲登录官方网站教授、光电材料与技术国家重点实验室成员。从事低维与表面物理研究,在Science、Nat. Commun.、Phys. Rev. Lett.、ACS Nano.等杂志发表研究论文70多篇,撰写专著(章节)一部,申请专利多项。

学科方向: 

凝聚态物理。目前的研究方向:

1、表面纳米结构及其电子学性质的原子尺度调控。

2、新型光电材料的表面界面研究。

3、新型光伏器件的界面调控。
