学科方向: 

本人长期致力于铌酸锂晶体微纳结构调控及其非线性效应的研究,并将非线性理论和方法拓展至氮化硅、硫系玻璃、铌酸锂等薄膜平台,发展集成非线性光量子结构器件。主要成果包括:

(1)首次采用飞秒激光直写技术制备三维铌酸锂非线性光子晶体,并展示了其高效且多维的非线性光场调控功能;

(2)提出双面自再现腔模理论,应用于光参量振荡器,实现了可调谐的高阶模式光源;

(3)在集成光学平台上,融合非线性光场调控理论与微纳制备工艺,分别实现了无刻蚀铌酸锂波导的高效二次谐波产生、首个基于光折变和四波混频效应的可调谐量子光源,以及亚波长微腔中高效的三次谐波产生等。
