摘要:Over the last two decades, organic semiconductors have attracted increasing attention because of the intensive applications in electronics and optoelectronics. However, device processing technologies that produce high resolution, high yield and uniformity over large area are still urgently sought for. Here in this talk, I will show you the versatility of template directed growth technique to pattern the functional organic molecules withtunable physical properties. Moreover, the method can be utilized to directly fabricate devices with improved performances and addressable structure by using liquid behavior of molecules
报告人简介:王文冲,1998年与2003年分别于西安交通大学获得学士和中国科学院物理研究所博士学位,2003-2004年在西班牙马德里微电子中心从事激光器工艺工作,2004年-2014年在德国明斯特大学从事有机半导体材料生长与器件工艺工作,2014年入选上海市东方学者,现为上海大学教授。
